In this section outline how you will evaluate your behavior support plan. How will you know if the plan is successful/unsuccessful? How will you know when the student has learnt replacement behavior (over time, and in different contexts)? What data would you collect to inform your evaluation? Who would collect this data? How often would you collect it? How do you then link the collection of data to the evaluation of the support provided?
Behavior support plans are not always successful. We can learn just as much from unsuccessful plans as from successful ones. It is fine if your BSP was not as successful as anticipated.
