The supervisor wants the number of hypotheses to be less with more use of sub sections in order to provide more coherence to the dissertation. The literature review must be separated into research themes (Adaptive view of CEO succession, Disruptive view of succession, Forced Turnover etc.) whilst the hypotheses devised must be mentioned at the end of each subsections. Moreover, the claims made in both introduction and literature review must be more broad in order to avoid scrutiny of the dissertation moderator since this is an empirical study not a qualitative one. In the case studies section, each sections of the case studies must be longer with more insights of the subject. Overall the work is good but it lacks good coherence and use of subsections. The theories in the literature review is too scattered and the case studies is too short. Please finish the 15,000 words dissertion with the table of content that the supervisor gave me and fix the old work according to the feedback given by the supervisor.
